NHC Passed 36 Kinds of "Three Novel Foods" including Inositol

On May 11, 2022, the National Health Commission issued the Announcement on 36 "Three Novel Foods" including chlamydomonas reinhardtii and its interpretation, which passed 3 novel food ingredients including chlamydomonas reinhardtii, 18 new food additives including quinoline yellow aluminum lake, and 15 new food-related products including phosphoric acid, zirconium (4+) salt (2:1).

Among them, the new variety of nutritional fortification substance—inositol, was applied by Antion. The announcement text is as follows.
