Where the product name contains the words of animal origin, the raw milk, milk powder, whey powder and other milk protein sources should all come from that species;
Make it clear that vague information such as "imported milk source", "from foreign pastures", "ecological pastures", "imported raw materials", "original ecological milk source" and "pollution-free milk source" should not be used in labels and instructions;
Images of infants and women, "human emulsification", "breast milk" or similar terms should not be used;
Clearly prohibit disguised repackaging and 8 circumstances of deny of registration;
Allow Group companies to share research and development capabilities, fulfill the main responsibility of enterprises, shorten the time for review and inspection, and enhance the legal effect of e-certificates;
Specify the situation of on-site verification and the dynamic production sample varieties for sampling inspection;
Increase penalties for acts that cause harmful consequences and reduce penalties for minor violations;
Clarify the responsibilities of food review institutions, the legal status and responsibilities of experts' argumentation, and encourage enterprises to carry out formula research and development and innovation.
The Measures further clarified formula registration, optimized the approval process and encouraged enterprise innovation.
